Tacoma Propeller Return Policy
All prices are F.O.B. Tacoma Propeller. We will ship by the most reasonable means according to size, weight and location., unless given other instructions. All goods are carefully packed and in good condition when shipped. If damage occurs in shipping, claims must be made with the carrier, not Tacoma Propeller. Shortages and errors must be reported to Tacoma Propeller within 7 days of receiving order.
NOTE: We only ship orders within the USA (including Alaska and Hawaii)
Due to constant inventory movement and product availability Tacoma Propeller from time to time may not have the product on the shelf you are looking for. Tacoma Propeller strives to get your product delivered to you in a timely manner. If items are not in stock, we will contact our manufacturers and other suppliers to see if we can have it drop shipped to you. Our customer service agents will notify you of any delay and when you can expect your order.
***Shipping Specials are subject to available stock items on hand. In addition, Alaska & Hawaii customers are subject to regular shipping charges. Please email sales@tacomapropeller.com for a freight quote.
All items returned require prior authorization, and must be in original packaging, packed in the same manner as you received it and in new condition with a copy of invoice. Exchanges are valid within 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. No refund on shipping charges on returned items. No item will be accepted for return after 15 days. Items that must be made or custom modified, including boat shafts, inboard propellers and modified propellers, etc.. are not returnable. SPECIAL NOTE: Inboard Propellers are not returnable as they are stocked in a factory pilot bore and are machined to your boats shaft size. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate propeller bore dimensions. Inboard Propellers are purchased at the risk of the consumer and as such are advised to make sure the size and dimensions are correct for their boats requirements.
The original manufacturer warrants defective products. Tacoma Propeller does not imply or express any guarantee an/or warranty other than provided by the manufacturer. All repairs, fabrications and modifications done by Tacoma Propeller are done at the request of the customer and are only warranted to the extent of the work performed. Tacoma Propeller cannot be held liable for any consequential or indirect costs incurred by the customer associated with work performed.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS
All discontinued item are not returnable for return or exchange. All sales of discontinued items are final. All discontinued items will be marked on our website as ***NOTE-DISCONTINUED ITEM AND NOT RETURNABLE*** as to the best of our ability.
